ALL MAPLE SHELL
All-maple shells give Tour Custom drums their warm, bright tone. These shells are designed with a 6 ply-5.6 mm / 45 degree bearing edge that adds tonal depth, quick response and provides just the right amount of sustain.

YESS mounts are designed to minimize contact between the shell and the mount to deliver a wider dynamic range and longer sustain.
Dynahoop Enhances True Shell Tone
The 2.3mm inverse dyna hoop bends the tip inward to adjust overtones while playing. This gives a tighter sound - making the shell’s original tone stand out.
Absolute Lugs
Absolute Lugs use a single-bolt design to minimize shell holes and reduce surface contact, allowing better shell resonance. They are durable, support high-tension tuning, and include an internal insertion plate that locks tuning bolts to prevent loosening.
