Just play the lighted keys and get beautiful music—naturally and effortlessly. It’s easy to get started and have fun practicing and playing. And if you want to improve your skills, practice at your own pace with the three Lesson functions. Work on the right and left-hand parts separately, and even break the song up into separate sections for repeated practice. The lighting keys guide you throughout, helping you enjoy playing—even if you don't read music.

The EZ-300 features a total of 622 built-in instrument sounds (called Voices). Included with these are special “Live” Voices, which feature actual recorded samples from a grand piano, strings, and brass. You can play a huge variety of authentic musical instruments and perform with an amazingly full sound - all with a single keyboard.
In addition, the Touch Response function lets you expressively control the loudness by how strongly or softly you play the keys—helping you become familiar with the music as you express yourself, all while having fun with the Auto Accompaniment functions and various effects.

With the Lesson features, the keys light to show you which notes you should play, making it exceptionally easy to play songs, even if you don’t know how to read music.

The EZ-300 features a total of 202 Songs, within 9 different categories: Pop, Favorite, Instrument Master, Piano Repertoire, Learn to Play, Favorite with Style, Japanese Song, Duet, and Piano Solo. In addition, the EZ-300 also features instruction categories, including Touch Tutor which lets you refine your playing strength; Chord Study which lets you learn individual chords; and Chord Progression which lets you learn different chord progressions. You can also use your computer to transfer MIDI songs you have, and play along with them using the Lesson and Guide Light features.

Arpeggio function
With the arpeggio function enabled, the chords you play are transformed into a variety of musical phrases and rhythms.
Play with a partner
When the Duo mode is activated, the keyboard is split in half and automatically adjusts the playing range so that each half has a middle C. This allows for duet performances or for two students to practice or learn together in classroom settings.
Backlit LCD display
A crystal-clear, backlit LCD display makes it easy to read in any light condition, indoors or outdoors. It also features a velocity meter that provides a visual representation of the strength with which the keyboard is played, which is a handy tool when using Touch Tutor in developing playing technique.
