Bomba Latina MX SoundSet

Bomba Latina for the MX music synthesizer features 30 of the most iconic vintage sounds from popular Mexican-Latino genres including but not limited to banda, grupero, sonidero, cumbiero and folk.

This bank of sounds is designed to be used in an ensemble situation to cover missing instruments like the tuba or trombone or to augment existing instrumentation with strings, acoustic guitar and more.

Bomba Latina features single sounds along with splits and layers. The splits cover a variety of playing situations from left-hand bass/tuba with right-hand chordal sounds like charchetas to left-hand chords with a melody or lead sound in the right hand.

The Performances range from standard pop to contemporary music.

• • LATINAMX49.X5A: The MX49 volume is optimized for playing on the MX49's semi-weighted, 49-key keyboard.
• • LATINAMX61.X5A: The MX61 volume is optimized for playing on the MX61's semi-weighted, 61-key keyboard.
• • LATINAMX88.X5A: The MX88 volume is optimized for playing on the MX88's graded and weighted, 88-key keyboard.

Even though each volume is optimized for a particular MX, you can use any volume in any MX.
