Yamaha Online Services Cards are issued and managed by Yamaha Music Interactive, Inc., a California corporation (hereafter "Yamaha").
By using your Yamaha Online Services card, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the use of your Yamaha Online Services Card.
Yamaha Online Services Cards are only valid for redemption here. Use of your Yamaha Online Services Card requires activation of a Yamaha Online Member Account, including acceptance of license and usage terms. Compatible software and hardware, and Internet access required. To open an account, you must be at least 18 years of age; if under 18, you may use the Yamaha MusicSoft and Yamaha Online Services sites only with the consent, involvement, and supervision of a parent or guardian. You must reside in the United States.
Yamaha Online Services Cards are not valid for purchases at Yamaha dealers or at third-party retail stores.
Yamaha Online Services Cards, including any unused balance associated with a Yamaha Online Services Card, are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a cash refund (except as required by law), exchanged, resold, or used to purchase additional Yamaha Online Services Cards. Unused balances are not transferable. Yamaha is not responsible for lost or stolen Yamaha Online Services Cards.
The Yamaha Online Services Card cash value is 1/10 of one cent. Yamaha does not charge any fees for the issuance, activation, or use of your Yamaha Online Services Card. Your Yamaha Online Services Card has no expiration date.
Risk of loss and title for card passes to purchaser on transfer. Yamaha is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost or stolen cards or use without your permission. Yamaha reserves the right to close accounts and request alternative forms of payment if a Yamaha Online Services Card is fraudulently obtained or used.
YAMAHA, ITS LICENSEES, AFFILIATES, AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO YAMAHA ONLINE SERVICES CARDS OR THE YAMAHA MUSICSOFT OR YAMAHA ONLINE SERVICES SITES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT THAT A YAMAHA ONLINE SERVICES CARD IS NONFUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH YAMAHA ONLINE SERVICES CARD. THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
