  • Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

    For purchasing physical items (i.e. home audio equipment and musical instruments), you are not required to create an account to make a purchase. However, creating an account will grant you access to the following:

    1. Your account information
    2. Your order history
    3. Any saved payment information
    4. Your wishlist items
    5. Your email subscriptions and preferences

    For purchasing downloadable items (i.e. MusicSoft MIDI files and song packs), you are required to create an account to make a purchase.

  • What should I do if I'm having trouble signing into my account?
